ok so far i have worked out it is something we have added thru the child theme as i went back to normal virtue theme and it works properly. we changed it so that my logo would replace the MENU tag at top, but if i can change the MENU part to my business name i will be happy

could it be cause i only have the free version?

what is your site and also how is your menu structure setup? maybe its the way im doing the menu or is there a mobile plugin your using aswell

the site is offline atm, im trying to find solutions to give to my friend who is working on site

i have enabled it and still doesnt work.

im not sure if its cause i have a lot of background code done to it, a friend done it for me so not sure if there is some css code i can add to help hide it

Yes thanks that worked. All the menu structure and widget structure for the footers were reset. So just had to reassign them. Its to hard to work on it using phone. So will test it all out tonight on computer. Thanks for all your help

Wow nice site setout. The non child theme haha. I have a header logo and menus across under the logo. But once child theme is activated the menu gets thrown into topbar section. And as a dropdown menu

Its not active yet and havent got access to it at work. It is the menus that are playing up. They are jumped all over the place.

How do you reassign? Im still learning all this so apologies for my lack of knowledge. Do you mean just reset all the menus I had already setup and just resave?

i dont want to have it hover over products, if you see the example webpage i put up it when you hover over the image it brings up the text down the bottom.

i havent got the page up and running yet as im waiting to have it all finalised before posting the link, basically im starting a mens fashion shop and i have an image of a t shirt and when you hover over the image i want the word “T-Shirts” to basically pop up over the image.

ok worked out dropdown menu, but cant hover white on main menu and the menu font color is still black on mobile site any ideas?
