I have the same files in plugin folder and same malicious ad popup problem..i deleted the helad.php file.. but it regenerates again. Need to solve the problem permanently..

any suggestions ?

i have contacted with them they said to buy their sitelock feature.. which will be specific for every domain. I cant afford that.This why i need some expert suggestions that i can use using codes or other security measures. @dreamy

thanks again for answering. As far my concern..website or database is not hacked.. i can enter into the admin panel and no data or documents have been misplaced…db is also ok.. ..isn’t there any way manually to find the corrupt file or bunch of codes who are responsible for this? @website-rob

yes there is no unwanted codes in htaccess. yes they appear in desktop and cellphone also ..and yes if i come from search engine or direct url

Same here @ali7ali but what is the permanent solution..and i have multiple websites which were running smoothly from a very long time..but now what happened suddenly?. i have tried to reactivate the plugin one by one..but its not solved..how could i know exactly which plugin doing that..when i want to install any plugin..wp-load getting 0.. I have changed the permission 0 and worked for now.. But is it the permanent solution ?

My website also running well till now…but I am not 100% satisfied…afraid of returning the error @yatich

did you recently login in the dashboard of your website and do something like add page or something else?..and still your website running well ? @yatich

wp-content folder and wp-config.php file.dont delete them..overwrite all other files
after installing new wordpress file;..try to login in to wp dashboard and try to do something.and see what happens@socialboostlivechat

I have changed the wp core files with new ones several times but no change.. Then I rename the plugin folder.. Site runs..then I thought it might be any of plugin..then i try to install a new plugin..and the problem arise again @aimsinfosofts

Thanks for response..The wp() is not loaded because the wp-load file is getting empty continuously. I need a permanent solution for it.. I am in big problem

there are three options in file permission read write and execute..only read is marked..do i have to marked the other two ? @yatich
