yes while I checked the titles I did miss the preview error. Appreciate the help as it was the reason I discovered what I had previously missed.
thanks again
Hi Benjamin,
i have found the solution, when i went to take a screenshot of the on page SEO in an individual product-category page even though the custom description was there it was not displaying in the preview as soon as i clicked in the title it updated and likewise with the description.
So it must of been an import error from yoast, and it did not register the new text until i clicked on it and updated, so i will need to do this for all product-category pages.

I did not notice the error in the preview before.
thanks for your help
Hi Benjamin,
I have taken a screenshot which you can see in the following link, this is the same as all other settings in taxonomy, and other settings.

Hi, i have come to a point where i am not sure what is wrong regarding making sure everything is setup correctly.
if all other pages are working except the product-category page and all settings are the same i am not sure what to change if all are displaying coreectly except one page type.
Please could you point me in the right direction as to what values should be where regarding this issue?
I have cleared the cache and tried multiple different settings and browsers and i cant find a solution.
What values would be in the Main SEO titles and Metas values to ensure the individual page title and meta displays not a generic one?
Thanks
