it didnt work (the link above) …

permalinks are ok now, for the site and specific posts…

but when i click on preview (any draft) permalinks comes out as

https://www.example.com/?p=342&preview=true

my permalinks are like this:

https://www.example.com/2010/09/article_name/

for specific post and the whole site everythings fine… but not for
the preview part

ok here is something that im willing to try

any advice ?

just wait 5 – 10 minutes… i think your site is cached

do this..

save a copy of your .htaccess on your computer

delete .htaccess on your server

(also be sure to click the update on permalinks on you wp settings)
access your wordpress blog (its gonna give you an error)

then upload the new .htaccess

that should fix the problem

i had the same problem, i had to upload .htaccess manually with the new settings….
