It is a misnomer to identify this as “resolved.” It isn’t resolved. It is merely kicked over to a different team.

In reply to: [Content Visibility for Divi Builder] Declaration of MEDB_ET_Builder_ElementYou should have had my expression of appreciation before now Mr. Horowitz. I regret my delay.
I am sincerely grateful for your reply, and I am impressed by the speed with which you offered it. Thank you for both of these things.
I will watch for the latest version.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not showing in eventYes, in theory that was the solution back then. Many of us followed those instructions, but still did not have a loading map. That includes making sure ALL API’s were enabled. The plugin was the only solution that appeared to work…
In fact, I just logged in because I noticed my maps were broken again. I have all of the map API’s running including the javascript. So, something must have been updated in the events plugin.
For testing purposes, I went ahead and placed the API key back in the events plugin and it is working again. It appears the developer fixed something in an update…
SO – it appears you do not need to use the work-around anymore.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not showing in eventIt only worked for me once I removed the API codes from the Event Plugin and only used the API in the google API key plugin. hope that helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not showing in eventIt appears the way the Javascript file is written does not meet what google api wants. In the inspector it would be an error passing the API key to google.
I had to put in CC information but it does not charge until you have some large number of calls to the API. 10,000 or some high number like that.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not showing in eventI just used this plugin to fix my problem.
FYI – One thing I had to do was remove the API key from the Events Plugin. Once I did that, the map worked!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Map API failI have played with the settings and I cannot figure it out.
I have left it unrestricted API code and then set App restrictions and site referrer restrictions. None of the combinations work.
So I added the “API KEY for Google Maps” plugin and removed the API code in your plugin. It WORKED!!!
Something is not calling Google API correctly in your JS file and is causing it to get denied by Google on our site.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Similar Post section on Event pageI found that you can remove the “date posted” and the “description” similar post below the widget items. Instead of the “date posted” it would be much better to have the event date showing in the 3 event widget.
