no offense but this is what you get when you deal with a penny host (a company that sells you a lot of space and bandwidth for very few funds)

all I can say is find a new host. I run my own company but I am not suggesting my self. but this is the exact sort of reason I started my own company.

you can set it up so your e-maisl are a general e-mail and then in your webhosting control panel set up a forwarder that would forward the e-mails to both of you.

it depends on what theme you are using but simply go into the page theme file (normally called page.php) and remove the following line.
