In reply to: [Reviews and Rating – Google Reviews] Enabl;e Billing ErrorBeen chatting with Google support and they assured me that everything is set up correctly and billing is working with that project properly.
When I change the Update Frequency, it seems to save and work for a few moments. 5 reviews show as well as the Advanced info. But once I refresh the page the connection drops and the error shows again.
Any more suggestions on how to trouble shoot?
Cheers!
Yes – that was it – weird that was there and not picked up on.

Hey @reneesoffice
Yes..the analytics are now showing in the site dashboard – thnak you for following up!
The Search COnsole does not connect, but I am assuming this is due to all the redirect and login plugins – also not an issue for this site as nobody is searching for it.
So everything has been resolved – thanks again!Hi James,
OK – that seems to have done the trick – the SiteKit plugin is still gathering data and not showing any info in the Wp-ADMIN, but the visitors are registering in the Analytics account.
I will check back in and let you know when the data comes across.
What is the longest period of time that can take?
Thanks for all your help.
OK I double checked the analytics code and it is now set to track logged in users.
It was previously, but seems to have been switched off.
But now it is 100% tracking them. The real time report is not showing any people on the site.
And Site Kit is still showing as “Gathering Data”.
Where can I see the Analytics tracking code snippet? Is it when I inspect the page?
view-source:https://ifc.ironfish.com.au/about/
I viewed the source coed of the website and could only find the Tag Manager tracking code.
<!– Google Tag Manager (noscript) –> <noscript><iframe src=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-KDNXTS7″Is there something else that should be there and where can I find it?
Cheers!
JohnSo the two sites are run separately – one is for customers, one is for staff.
While the ifc one is on a subdomain, it has separate hosting and they are not connected aside from in name.
So once a staff member goes to the ifc.ironfish.com.au site, they are brought to the wp-admin login page, then directed to the home page of that site.
Does that make sense?
The Analytics and Search Console properties were created months ago – and I think Sitekit was connected previously – just did not seem to be tracking the users properly
I did just fill out that form and submitted the info required.
Here is a link to the Login plugin we are using:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/admin-custom-login/Thanks for you r help on this
Yes – the main site (without the prefix) has analytics functioning properly.
1. Yes – I disabled all caching, login and maintenance plugins when connecting to the latest version of the Site Kit Plugin.
2. Both Search Console and Analytics come back with the same check back later error.
But nothing happens. I have used the plugin on many sites now and this is the first time I am getting these issues.“Analytics Gathering Data
Analytics data is not yet available, please check back later.
Please let me know how I can troubleshoot more.
Many thanks!
JohnOK will try that and see what happens
So the url I want to track is ifc.ironfish.com.au
And yes there is a login redirect plugin being used.I want to be able to track all Admin and subscribers who login.
It does not need to be on the wp-login page itself. How can I connect it properly – I am using the plugin to make the connection.
I have not placed code on the site.CHeers!
