That indeed was the issue – this had been installed by the previous developer.
The issue is now fixed!

OK – I appreciate this is brand new so understand this has not been set up yet.
But this would be super useful and I think necessary for this plugin to be a success.
With sites with 10 admins who all need the stats it means a lot of work to connect them all.
Is there any ETA on when something like this would be implemented?

I can see that it appears to work as you are using it.

Here is what happens for me –
If I use the Brave browser on Desktop – the page opens with an error:
“403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.”

In Firefox it opens two pages, one with the link, one with the following in the second browser:
javascript:void(0).

In Chrome it opens the link page, but also a blank page with the following in the browser:
about:blank#blocked

On mobile devices for firefox, nothing opens at all.

Let me know if you need me to share a video of this haoppening.

OK – I reverted to the previous version of your plugin (2.5.2) and everything is working fine.
I see on your changelog for the most up to date version (2.5.3) you mention something to do with the Stripe SDK:

Fix: Resolved compatibility issues with other plugins using the Stripe SDK by initializing it manually within the included GiveWP Core Stripe gateway class. We tested this alongside many of the most popular plugins to ensure smooth sailing alongside eachother. #4193

Is this related to the error I am facing?
I will make some time to go through the conflict with other plugins in the next day or so.

I tracked down the issue and it related to the css issue you mentioned elsewhere in the support forum: mysticky-wrap {max-height: 0px;}

Once I added this and switched to the “slide effect”, it worked fine.

I still cannot get the fade effect to work properly – it just flicks on really quick, no matter what time delay I put on it.

But it is working fine for now – thanks for responding

Ok thanks for that – may just use the other plugin as figuring out what the slick-slide li rule is for is something I dont have the brain capacity for right now!

I did switch to a different plugin to see if that would resolve the issue.
And that does work for the homepage.

Here you can see the blank spaces at the end – this is where I have selected 8 images…..

And it is not the checkout page – it is the buy button – the only payment option I have is stripe using your plugin
