I have 6.1.1 and both the Save Draft button AND the Draft Status Dropdown disappeared.

I deactivated the plugin and only the Save Draft button returned.

(Posting this in an attempt to help. I really enjoy / appreciate the plugin!)

I found I had this problem too, though I was trying to add a link to my menu, and I’m on a hosted space.

That said, I found that if you open the ‘Screen Options’ in the upper right when adding Menu items, there’s a Link Relationship option which allows you to add the ‘me’ option which updates the html in the way you’re attempting.

However – it’s STILL not working for me (checked the html and it looks exactly like Mastodon is requesting) so…?

Anyway – hope that helps in your case, at least.

I too would like to know if there’s a single image option now.

I’d like to clarify something real quick – so with your modification, the image you select as a Featured Image will also show up in the post when displayed as a single post?

What’s the format for that? Always left justified as the first item in the post?

I’m having the same problem and I tried each of the options under Options > Effects and found that none of them worked for me except Shutter (which provides the arrows at the bottom of the image).

@silentia – which option did you select, and do you remember having to install/change anything in addition to make it work?

Unless you’ve changed it to a sub page, your blog posts should show up on the index page. This means that you should link straight to the root of your wordpress install. Put another way – if you haven’t put the install in any subdirectory, you should just link to your site’s url.

Or, to simplify:
If your site url is https://your.site.here.com
Then (if we assume you haven’t changed the posts page to a different page than the default) all you have to do is link to
https://your.site.here.com

To add an image in html using the text widget, use the following code:

If you wish to have the image link to something – add an html link around the image – like this:

You could use a form plugin for the user to enter their email address and agree to EULA and then set up an auto responder to send them the PW/URL to a locked page with the download link.

I don’t see a Sort Gallery link anywhere. The only place I see to sort images is under Options – Gallery tab – Sort Options.

That appears to be a ‘master sort’ – which is fine except for this single gallery. Do you have a Sort Gallery link somewhere other than that?

Just thought that I would post a quick update since I found the problem. I’m using Mandigo as my theme and there was an option under https://site_name.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=functions.php#posts_opts
for “Do not wrap text around images at all” – once I checked that, the problem was resolved. ??

I would recommend against hosting your images elsewhere. Many businesses block sites like flickr and make your home page unviewable.
