Thanks a lot for your reply – I hadn’t considered that workaround but as long it is working we can wait until this issue is fixed!

Just to let every potential customer now, even after 2 months this issue has not been resolved. All I am getting is some lousy excuses and general remarks.

Ah, BTW. After more than 1 day still stuck at 2% of optimization. Whenever I request a new optimization I receive:

The option to pull images is hidden.
I have been waiting for more than 2 months now for this image optimization to work again, and yet this is as broken as ever before. I am on a site owner plus license, so it’s that I am complaining about a free service…

Hmm, why should I delete it in the first place if it is going to be recreated again? I asked if that was a possible error/problem caused by the transition from V2 to V3.

Why is created again? I deleted it and it is again there?

As I wrote, let’s focus on releasing the new version.

It still is not working. As I see many users are reporting the same or similar issues I believe it would be best to release a global fix. But please do something about it…it’s been weeks now ??

I don’t see the ticket in my support panel, hence I have deleted the login credentials I had send in the email reply. As far as the image optimization is concerned I just discovered it is now at 3%…

Could you please also provide the SSH or FTP access to file system? we may need to edit some LSCWP code in order to log more messages there.
