I am having the following issue with my 2021 iPad: all WordPress functions work fine, just element editor won’ is missing the publish button , making it impossible to save changes. This makes everything write useless. I tried switching between mobile and desktop versions but seems that cannot solve it. Any suggestions?

What elements would you suggest for my project given the fact that toggles, tabs and accordions are not a viable option?

I used the divi builder to create toggles. Each toggle represents one product. The page is cosmetic.mianguangroup.com. Thanks in advance for your time!
