Yes they do that but neither I personally use those settings nor I recommend anyone using them because the level of modification CF will provide is super basic whereas with a plugin like Autoptimize you will get super high-quality minification. But if you want to check them you can.
Good to know and thanks for your suggestion. In the process of testing your plugin, I was trying to understand what your script is doing without reading code and going through the FAQs. I misunderstood this bit and thought that the plugin was bypassing some CLOUDFLARE settings.
