Could you please share a screenshot with us? Additionally, a test page would be very helpful for us in investigating the cause of the issue.
I tested our shortcode with loop grids displaying our test products and found that the display was working as expected.

I noticed that something is blocking the Ajax call on your website, causing a delay in form submission after clicking the “Register” button.

I also observed that you enabled the “GDPR Cookie Compliance” plugin. Try temporarily deactivating it to see if it resolves the issue.

However, please be aware that implementing & releasing the new feature depends on multiple factors, such as the number of votes received for the request, the complexity of the implementation, ongoing releases, and hotfixes that might impact the release schedule.

For your information, we always try our best to ensure we give maximum device & OS compatibility support for our plugin; however, it is difficult for us to keep track of supporting the compatibility for OS, which has already run out of their Active & Security Support.
As you might be aware, certain OS have already ended their active & security support.
