In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Divi Area Pro Update Site ERRORHi @billcno9,
I am sorry to hear that you have encountered an issue with the plugin update and are unable to trigger the popup as expected.
Since the issue is with the “Divi Areas Pro” plugin, our premium plugin, the “Popups for Divi” forum here limits us to assist you further.
You can forward your issue at https://divimode.com/get-support/ and we will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue with the same.
You mentioned:
I have attempted to contact premium support via my Divimode account but not heard anything for three days now. I attempted to use their help/chat widget but unfortunately they have disabled it. It was available two days ago but nobody was available for online chat.
The chat feature is still under development and the development team is testing on keeping it limited to premium users, probably the reason behind no availability on chat.
You mentioned:
So no support is being offered right now.
FYI: All our premium users get an option to reach us via raising a ticket using your Divimode Account – Support section. We are always happy and available to resolve their issues.
See here: https://share.zight.com/geuBOwAE
Similarly, we are also available to assist our premium users via Facebook Group.
You can utilize the same and reach us.

To enable the downloading of the event to the calendar you can browse further to the “Download to Calendar” section and check the “Add download button to the event” & “Add download button to event list” as per your requirement.I have demonstrated the same in the video below.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Gravity form not shown (display:none)Hi @inextable,
Sure, I will investigate further and assist you in resolving your issue.
I checked and confirmed your site on a smartphone and found no issue with the form within the popup.
See here: https://share.zight.com/geuBdLxg
When I investigated further, I found Divi Cache active on your site.
See here: https://share.zight.com/YEuJBnx4
You can clear your “Static CSS File Generation.”

Although I cannot assure you that the site’s Divi Cache is solely responsible for the issue, in certain situations, browser cache and server cache also cause similar issues with differences in results as compared to the published version. Navigating to a private/incognito window will assist you in confirming the same.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions.- This reply was modified 9 months, 1 week ago by Rohit Bhardwaj.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Gravity form not shown (display:none)Hi @inextable,
Thank you for updating us. Sure, I will investigate further and assist you with the same.
I checked and confirmed and found no issue with the popup in Firefox.
See here: https://share.zight.com/E0uJoj1OIn certain situations, the dynamic elements work as expected; however, “Popups for Divi” has very limited support for the dynamic elements, so you may encounter issues with dynamic elements that heavily rely on JS. This also applies to your applied inline CSS, as the plugin has limited Gravity Forms support.
For better performance with Gravity Forms, which needs dynamic elements like Ajax, consider upgrading to Divi Areas Pro.
As Divi Areas Pro comes with a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you can test your form, confirm the difference, and accordingly go ahead.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Pop up won’t open againHi @sim74,
Glad to hear back, will be happy to provide further updates.
Dynamic elements including iframe are not fully supported within the “Popups for Divi” popups, which means they may work in some cases but since not fully supported may end up with an issue for another case.
Whereas Divi Areas Pro completely supports dynamic elements including iframe.
I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Pop up won’t open againHi @sim74,
Sure, I will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue with the popup not working as expected after closing it once.
I checked and confirmed your issue.
See here: https://share.zight.com/Jru5ng7nWhen I investigated further, I found that your popup loads an iframe.
See here: https://share.zight.com/5zuv9wDPFor your information, Popups for Divi, being a lite version, has limited support for dynamic content within the popup.
You can switch to Divi Areas Pro. It allows you to create global popups and comes with multiple features, area behavior, area conditions, and integrations. And further supports most of the dynamic elements/contents within the popup.
See here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
