In the related template file, please use the below code instead of the [download_link] template tag which should open the file in a new tab.

However, it seems the issue you are facing is due to your server rules/restrictions.

Can you please try with another server/local server to check whether it’s working or not?

Apology for the experience you have faced with our plugin.

However, in our testing server, we found that payment by PayPal is fully functional.

Apart from that, we respond to our support threads within 1 hour. Can you please let us know the forum topic name so that we can check it double time and resolve the issue ASAP?

I tested another GPX file in our testing server with an Android device, and it worked well without converting to an XML file.

There can be a conflict with another third-party plugin. Can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking?

You may also switch the theme to another default WordPress theme, Twenty Twenty-One for checking.
