In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Display data-pin-descriptionHey @studiostilla,
I usually wait around 24 hours before I update the Pro version with changes (so if any bugs slip into the free version, they don’t into the Pro version). The updated Pro version will be released tomorrow. Sorry for the trouble!

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Not working on featured imagesHey @zackrohn,
so your theme is adding a pseudo element that prevents the image from being hovered (and why when you right-click the image, you can’t download it right away). To fix that, try adding the following CSS:
.featured-image > a:first-of-type:before { content: none !important; }
That should do the trick. Let me know if that helped.

there’s just a coming soon page there, so I cannot access any posts/pages to check what’s happening.

I just released an updated version of the plugin with the added description option. Let me know if everything works properly!

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Display data-pin-descriptionHey @studiostilla,
okay, I think I know what do you mean. Generally speaking, the plugin uses whatever is set as the description source and ignores the data-pin-description attribute. Since it’s Pinterest’s default attribute, I think it makes sense to add it as a description option. Will add it in the next version and pin you here once it’s available.

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Not working on featured imagesHey @zackrohn,
the plugin’s code is basically nowhere to be seen on the website. For starters, please change the Show on setting to the default value:
[front],[home],[single],[page],[archive],[search],[category]
and clear the Disable on setting and let me know once that’s done. That should at least make it active and we will go from there.

without seeing the website I don’t know why that might happen. If you’re using a lazy loading plugin, try changing the_content filter value in advanced tab to 1.

please send me a message to: support at highfiveplugins dot com and we will go from there.
Hey @mbcharles1,
you have the post title as the first description source and alt attribute as the second, therefore the plugin pulls the post title. Drag the alt attribute as the first one and everything should be just like you want it. Let me know if that helped.

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Display data-pin-descriptionHey @studiostilla,
what do you mean by
the plugin is overriding my data-pin-descriptions
?
The plugin uses its own set of data attributes, so I don’t think it can override any data attributes.

From what I can see, you’ve disabled the plugin. If you’re still interested in solving the issue, please activate it and let me know. If not, also let me know, so I can close this thread.

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Image failed to load – 2nd imageHey ,
from what I can see, the plugin is deactivated, which makes it kind of difficult to figure out what might be going on. The easiest thing to do in this situation would be to disable the plugin on all lightbox galleries. Try adding mfp-img to disabled classes and let me know if it stopped the plugin from showing up on lightbox galleries.

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Not Working / No Pin It ButtonHi @shershegoes,
so it seems that either your theme doesn’t add the plugin’s code to the site’s code (for some reason) or you’ve changed the Disable on and Enable on settings in a way that the plugin is never added to the website. What are your values for Disable on and Enable on fields?
