But for everyone else who is interested:
1) there are some possibilities as admin in wcfm admin dashboard to exclude certain fields. for some application it might help a lot.
2) furthermore check this link, e.g. for exclude price fields (works with child themes): https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/remove-unnecessary-fields/
3) to change the meaning/ translation of fields use for example the plugin loco translate
4) more fundamental changings can be made by changes in a child editor (check topic child themes for that)

Same is explained on loading order. Perfect.
I have no problem with files in this location.

Just for understanding: if i create my own template in an individuall language, the theme or plugin always takes this file first (which is not changeable via update by wordpress or theme or plugin) and adds/ join together missing words from the system file?! Is that what running sync means/ or the Button Sync when you are inside the translation?

At the moment i also don′t understand the different files (po, pot, mo) and their specific job.

Furthermore i don′t understand why it′s not possible when i created my own indiviual custom language file, that it is not possible to chance the original language (which is english)? Because i also want to chance some words in english.

but if someone is interested, i found a solution!

it works with child-themes. then there is the possibility to work for example on the css code..

in my case i changed the padding-top of the mentioned plugin…

and:

recreate that theme’s excerpt template in your custom LCP template

Yes, i read it (more than one time), but somehow missed it.
But thanks to your hint i got it.
Yes, “excerpt” it′s exactly what i was looking for..

But, the excerpt looks quite “basic”. Just some text, no pictures, no special formatting etc. in the preview.
I mean if you compare it with WordPress itself, how there are excerpting blogs. Hope you know what i mean?

Don′t understand why this whole function is not a standard wordpress function… however.

or for example the term Shop Manager or Inquiries, i want to name it into my language… because some people don′t know what it means…
or the text which is shown under inquiry “You do not have any enquiry yet!” i also want to chance to my language.

Okay, i understand. It is also what i found out – fully compatible with latest WP.. i was just confused about latest update..
this might be the reason, that my theme is not working properly with your plugin.. i use shop-isle. but as i said, it is just when you are in a product. the rest works fine.
Sorry, the site is not online, yet. just local installation (mamp)…

To add: to mention that this Plugin doesn′t work properly in combination with woocommerce (if you go into a product) on mobile phone. the arrows are only one third visible…

Hi,
i found the solution. The Buttons are there, on the top right side of the store manager.
In my case the problem was, that my theme (shopisle) covered the Buttons..
Does someone knows how to make them visible and clickable?! Do i have to adjust (or even chance) the theme? Or is there an adjustment of WCFM to take the store manager more down the page?

To add: as customer you can find the inquiry and the whole correspondence with the vendor under inquiries at woocommerce…
