2. Yes, you can download a CSV of the details people have submitted to register for vouchers. Click the “CSV” link to get it.

Yes, it is possible to use your own template. Go to “Templates” in the menu where you can download a blank version which you can modify then upload as your own template.

It’s not currently possible to insert an image.

At the moment, no. However it’s on the list as a feature I will add in the future.

Can you give me more details, please. Is the table you want in the same database as the rest of the WordPress tables? Does the database user you use for WordPress have access to the table?

Sounds like your email configuration is incorrect. Are you sure the email address you’ve told WordPress to send comments to is correct?
