Thanks for getting back to me. Yes that logout issue happens to the best of us ??
So not sure what I should do exactly to introduce a curl expression – I simply copy and pasted a trick to reduce server load by moving the wordpress cron to the system cron like so:
*/5 * * * * su daemon -s /bin/sh -c “cd /path/wordpress; /path/php/bin/php -q wp-cron.php”
How should i break this up or is there a specific curl line i can add to just trigger wordfence?
To be frank, it actually used to work. If I could think of an event it would be that I put AWS CDN in front of the lightsail instance. LIghtsail used to have its own ssl cert but it didnt play well with CDN so i removed it. The ssl cert is on the CDN now. CDN and lightsail are communicating over http. The issue is wordfence doesn’t like to run the scan by itself over http but it works fine when its manually initiated. Do you still suggest an additional line in crontab for curl’ing some wordfence command – if so what would that be?

P.p.s scans work fine when they are manually initiated but not the system initiated ones. N.B. I have moved wp-cron to a linux cron job that runs every 5mins – I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Thanks – is it possible to place a note next to each backup in updraftplus?
Yes I checked if the wordfence IPs are blocked or not. They are not blocked. I’ve sent the diagnostics email from wordfence just now.
P.s. I’m using lightsail (bitnami stack) with a cloudfront distribution in front of it.
Also possible to automatically deploy the backup to a staging site on a subdomain? p.s. amazing plugin btw

Thanks for responding. If you look at the screenshot you’ll see there’s a mistake in the code as it’s duplicating the ‘https://’ part of the address. I think there’s a bug.
Actually it started working after the initial automatic backup which it decided to do at 4am (11hours after I did the settings). After that it follows the schedule. I have another problem now so will start a new thread for that
I have this same issue

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pay royalties per product soldThanks for the advice. I’ve scoured their documentation and couldn’t find anything about royalties on specific products to specific affiliates (as per my use case above).
Can you show me what you wanted to reference exactly please?
Ok ticket created
But this issue persists when i installed it last week. Are you not going to resolve this and instead make me jump through a hoop?
I have the same issue with my test website where I’m trying out woocommerce.
Multiple Google merchant accounts created by the woocommerce plugin and google support can’t help (waited an hour for them to tell me its a sub account and only woocommerce can remove them as I’m not the main account holder).
Can’t post a ticket in woocommerce without setting up a full fledged website.
Impossible scenario!
