More information. If I deactivate the “form manager” plugin on my site the menu icon for Captain Slider appears. It disappears as soon as I reactivate Form Manager. However I can’t tell if this is a direct conflict with that plugin, or if Captain Slider just doesn’t know where to place the icon if that space is already taken by another plugin in the side menu.
