In reply to: Custom Image Header and Notsoboringlife.com ThemeWhat you may have to do is manually upload the custom header through FTP onto your website into the themes “images” folder. Make sure that the custom header image has the same name as the other one, so that when it uploads it overwrites the other header.

In reply to: Problems With Drop-Down CategoriesThe widget works perfectly…but you’ve got so much non-widget stuff in your sidebars, so I’m not sure that’s not going to work for you, personally.

In reply to: Removing no-follow in 2.3.1?I don’t mean to be a pain, forgive me for bumping. I haven’t found a solution to this yet.

In reply to: Removing no-follow in 2.3.1?So I’ve been surfing around and it seems like a popular complaint, wanting to remove the no-follow attribute. Unfortunately, none of the fixes I have found so far have helped me at all. I’ve tried every do-follow plugin I could find, I’ve been reading other support threads here and have tried going in fixing the code – as described in this thread – no fix for this in 2.3.1 apparently. I have deactivated and removed other plugins, I don’t know what else to do, but I really want the no-follow turned off.
What changed between 2.3 and 2.3.1 that could be affecting this?

In reply to: Dropdown cats menu not workingDoes anyone know if this is a 2.3 issue? I’ve tried using a dropdown category plugin and it’s not working, either.

In reply to: Abandoned Plugins or Plugin RequestsThe Another Flickr plugin is awesome, I love and miss that one. No word from the original developer for that one since January.
Here’s the original page from where it can be downloaded:

In reply to: Alphabetizing dropdown categories in 2.3Aha! That first one was just what I was after, thanks Otto! ??

In reply to: Alphabetizing dropdown categories in 2.3Ah, thanks that one worked! I’d also like to set it so that a category doesn’t show up in the window, but instead the word “Choose…” or something like that, but I can’t quite figure out, from that link you gave me, how to fix it to say that. I know I need to fix one of those variables, but I’m not sure what I need to enter or leave out as far as that code in the “default” box, if that makes any sense.

In reply to: Alphabetizing dropdown categories in 2.3I’ve been searching around, trying to figure out how to fix this. So far I’ve tried switching to just this:
<?php wp_dropdown_categories(); ?>
but again, can’t figure out how to get it to alphabetize. I’ve tried putting in sort_column=name, and that’s not working.

In reply to: Seeing My Blog as Others See ItUm, by using the address you just gave us, you should be seeing just what we see – as long as you’re logged out. Even if you’re logged in, you should only see very minor differences, like a link to “edit this post” or whatever.
Do you mean that you want to know what the site looks like in different browsers?

In reply to: Quadruple blue theme – pages don’t display, just blank whiteYes, you’re right about that one…I uploaded page.php from a fresh download of the theme and those pages are back. That’s funny, I don’t THINK I altered the original page.php document, but it’s working now, so thanks! ??

In reply to: What’s up with themes.wordpress.net?I know they’ve been working on making imrovements over there, fixing things up and so on. It’s been working fine for me for browsing, and I did download a theme from there within the last few weeks.
Give it a bit of time, I’m sure when they’re done working on it, the theme directory will be fine.

In reply to: Sidebar items not lining up in IE7The first bunch of errors are coming from the code used in the entries…how does one go about correcting the code in the posts themselves that WordPress creates?
