So you love this plugin, that won’t update, that you receive e-mail updates for – which is not ‘WordPress speed’ by any stretch of the imagination, even if I’d been receiving said e-mails for the past 2 weeks, which I have not.

And you just happened to follow me from the support forum to here to sing the plugins praises twice! Since I’m certain you don’t have any dog in this fight, I’d be curious to know what website you’ve implemented it on, and what has it done to impress you?

Because it scares the crap out of me, it cripples my sight more than a malware attack.

Is this one going to update and/or can I expect to be notified of future plugins? Because I was certainly never alerted to this update. Is there anything I should know about it – i.e. won’t update, messes with CSS, etc?

You’ve sent me no e-mails since March 24 – just 3 ‘Emergency updates’

That’s ridiculous. We spent a whole day together with you sending me new versions, and each one was broken. Than an hour after you sent me the last version of the day, which you said would update, you started sending emergency notices to download new versions – these would self-update.

Does having my site broken count as special circumstances? Cause you know damn well it broke my site.

To pretend there are refunds for someone who was clearly not in dire straits – just couldn’t download the plugin, because your system is messy – and not to someone who you know was sold a lemon is dishonest and bad business.

And I wanted to support you. I feel very foolish, thank god it was only $10. But you could at least have the decency to be honest, I have the emails if you’d like me to refresh your memory.

I actually really would like a refund. It doesn’t work at all, and in fact breaks my site every time that I tried.

I have to be honest, I stopped trying after just a few days. The first day I installed it when we went back and forth with all those insane problems, I stopped telling you all the bugs that popped up because it would have been an hours-long conversation, and frankly I didn’t feel confident using something that dysfunctional on my website. If there refunds, then I’d like to request one, please. To the e-mail address I payed with. It was an impressive try and I hope you pull it off one day.

Thanks very much for the prompt reply! Unfortunately another problem has presented itself, the AIO Cache Pro plugin broke my theme (Genesis News Child theme). Can you assist and/or should I start a new thread?

    Thanks,

    Matt
