Thank you for your interest in our plugin and services. We’re aware of the details you mentioned regarding gift card processing and accounting. However, as you mentioned, there are limitations to what WooCommerce supports with regards to multiple payment methods. We feel that our plugin’s handling of gift cards is optimal given those considerations and current limitations, but if and when there are enhancements to the cart platform we’ll be happy to update our gateway plugin accordingly!

I suspect the issue you’re running into is actually the Blocks vs. Shortcodes incompatibility issue for WooCommerce checkout pages. Please have a look here for instructions that I think will get you in the right direction.

If that doesn’t do the trick please let us know and we’ll dig into this further. The plugin is tested and working though, so I think this will help resolve your issue.

Admittedly, we haven’t had a chance to thoroughly test and confirm everything is working in conjunction with HPOS yet. However, the hope is that everything will be seamless since our plugin already interacts with the WC_Order class which seems to be the key requirement.

I have tested using WooCommerce Version 5.0.0, WordPress Version 5.6.2, and Version 1.13.0 of our plugin. I am still unable to reproduce the issue. Can you tell me at what point you’re seeing this error?

I’m not entirely sure how this error occurred and I’m not able to reproduce it. Can you tell me if this occurred when an admin attempted to capture a payment in the WooCommerce orders screen?

We have tested our plugin with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce and everything is A-OK. Though, we were just a bit tardy in updating our plugin to reflect this. Sorry for any confusion that might have caused.
