In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminAny ideas on this one? My other site is working just fine as it should? I went through and updated everything and tried to turn all plugins and change them but nothing there fixed it. Also tried to reinstall the plugin all together but no luck?

In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminBut I can confirm on my other site where it is working that file is in the same place, the /admin and not the /admin/partials

In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminI was able to locate that file but it’s in the /admin directory and not the /partials directory. If I move it into the /partials I get a critical error on the website.

In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminHello, wanted to check and see if you had any ideas on why this plugin would be giving this error?

In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminAlso if it helps I copied the error too. Essentially when I load the page is just shows the framework but no data. Here is the error:

In reply to: [Track The Click] Javascript Error in AdminHi Dan, ok I tried a different format. Let me know if this comes over?
Thanks Tobias for the great support, that did the trick and we are now able to use the plugin properly.
Cheers!
OK, I’m not seeing that entry in that table at all.
Thanks for the reply, I’ve repaired and optimized that table using phpmyadmin and also a optimizing plugin however I’m still seeing the same errors. My wp_options table is named wpef_options, would this cause an issue? Also it looks like the tables are getting entered into the _posts table but it’s not entering the content: [[“”,””],[“”,””],[“”,””]] is what I’m getting in the post_content.
