In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Debug mode not workingThanks, but i followed your suggestion but it made no difference.
But it is suddenly working now. It may have cause by using cloudflare through our host, which I turned on and off today. Does that seem reasonable?
Anyway, here is the output I got and I have question. It says no-cache, and I need to understand if the page is cached or not. How do I do that?

Thanks for checking. However, if I deactivate the plugin the cookie is not there. Then if I activate it again, it’s back. That is repeatable.
I have concluded that the plugin just does not work with SQ Optimizer. However I have tried WP Super Cache and it seems to work just fine. Home page is cached, and the cart check out page excluded correctly.
So apologies for sending you down a rabbit hole!
Thanks again.
Thanks for continuing to work with me on this.
The name is “PHPSESSID”.
Just want to say the home page is usually the most important page to cache (SEO) and excluding it is not really an option. What I don’t understand is why a cookie is set when the cart is not being used on the page and has has not previously be activated on a page that uses the cart.
Sorry, but that will not fix this issue. Why is the plugin loading and setting a cookie when it is not used on that page? That is the issue. I looked at the code.

Thanks. I have tried that to no effect. I have even tried changing the home page with no inclusion of any of the cart short codes or any thing else but still a cookie is set.
The plugin seems to set a cookie on the homepage as soon as it loads regardless.
Thank you.
May I please have a reply?
Yes, I did. As I said it works with PayPal standard checkout but neither taxes or shipping are added in PayPal Smart Checkout.
Thanks. Yes, I decided yesterday to work on the wp_x_options table with phpAdmin. For each site in multisite (the “x”) I changed the version in the table to 1.5.8.2. Then I went to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforms-settings for each site and hit “Save Settings”. I think that has fixed it.
options.php is available in multisite but it does NOT have any options settings in it. That is done via the DB.
Again, I am using multisite and there are no keys for wpforms in /wp-admin/options.php. I have my email working again, and wpforms lite is installed and network active. For each site I can see an options table in the data base e.g., wp_options, wp_2_options, wp_3_options, etc. Each has wpforms fields for the version of wpforms.
Thanks for responding. I am using multisite and there are no wpforms keys in /wp-admin/options.php. Should I look in the options table of the database itself for those keys?
Some response would be appreciated since the plugin in no longer sending email, presumably due to the error.
Update to latest wp and plugin lite version but get this error since March 25 when I upgraded:
