In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bug with importing variable products via .csvFrom what I gather, the product was uploaded, not created. Correct?
Well, yes, that’s the problem I was originally reported in the first place.
I am not entirely sure what you mean. The product was first created by me. I ensured it was working okay, so I exported it in a .csv so I can use it as a guide and upload more products like that via the table.
Can you please check the table and let me know if it works on your end?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bug with importing variable products via .csvHey there Zubair,
Thanks so much for your time, I really appreciate it!
Can I ask you where exactly you see these characters?
As to the table, please check the original exported table from WooCoommerce – there is a parent column for each variation but it’s still not working.

I would be interested in this as well.
Hey again, WoodMart resolved the issue. I have one last question.
I’m trying to translate the default text “per kg” via Loco Translate. The string available for your plug-in is per %s, but “kg” remains unchanged (“per” is translated). Looks like this is hardcoded, can you please advise how to translate this? In my WooCommerce settings “kg” is translated successfully. Thanks in advance!
Hey again, I just discovered the plug-in doesn’t calculate the price correctly with the WoodMart theme (when I change to a default theme, it works correctly), so I wanted to ask if you have any information about their compatibility?
Hello, thank you very much for your reply and confirmation. I will do as suggested and keep an eye on the release of the support for subsequent decimals. May I ask where I’ll be notified for its release – here? Or I can leave you my email somewhere if needed.
I forgot to add – the reason I am looking for another solution rather than adding kilogram instead of gram as a custom unit, is that it’s not really intuitive for customers to know they need to type, e.g. “0.100” in the quantity field. The more intuitive option would be for them to type the exact quantity in grams, e.g. “100”.
Hello, thanks for your reply!
Sure, WordPress version: 6.1.6, WooCommerce: 7.6.1., PHP: 8.0.3, plug-in: 3.5.14/ 3.3.0;
The set up you can try with is as follows:Please try adding shipping method A and shipping method B of your choice, then add a custom field of your choice associated with shipping method A and another custom field associated with shipping method B.
Then, please place a test order.
In the order details in WooCommerce (under “Flexible checkout fields”), as well as in the order confirmation email, you will see both custom fields associated with both shipping methods, even though at checkout you only selected one shipping method and respectively one custom field is filled in. Please let me know if this explains better.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with category hierarchy display in backendHello Zubair, thank you very much for getting back!
Upon investigating further, I came to realise the problem can be replicated on other sites too.I’ll be happy to share the .csv, can you please direct me to the best way to do this and I’ll share it right away?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with category hierarchy display in backendUpdate:
I manually added a product into the entire category hierarchy and tried exporting it into a spreadsheet to see the syntax, and indeed I noticed a difference in the syntax.
Following the above example, in my sheet in the categories column “Product X” which is part of parent category Supplements > Vitamins & Minerals (subcategory of parent category Supplements) > Vitamins (subcategory of subcategory Vitamins & Minerals) was added in the like this:
“Supplements > Vitamins & Minerals > Vitamins” (without the quotes), as it makes sense that if a product belongs to the subcategory of a subcategory of a parent category, then it naturally also belongs to both the top level subcategory and the parent category.
In the exported sheet however I noticed a duplication in the syntax that included adding all separate levels separated by a comma, like so:
“Supplements, Supplements > Vitamins & Minerals, Supplements > Vitamins & Minerals > Vitamins”.
If it didn’t work correctly in the front end, I would have thought it’s my fault for filling in the spreadsheet incorrectly. But isn’t it logical that if a product belongs to a subcategory, then it naturally also belongs in the parent category too? It would take a lot more time to input hundreds of products like this, as in the example above, I’d need to make three separate equations instead of one.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Testimonial Carousel For Elementor] Issue with Elementor widgetsNot a problem, I’ll send you a video from the live site. I am hoping this can be rectified. I am not able to provide access to the live site but I’ll be glad to provide access to my staging site so you can look into this.
URL: https://youtu.be/UlkkQv-eNT8 – shows how the elements look with the plug-in deactivated and then – after activating it.

In reply to: [Testimonial Carousel For Elementor] Issue with Elementor widgetsHello! Thanks for replying.
I’m not quite sure however what you mean by “a standard Elementor slider with a circle around it” – yes, that is indeed a regular Slider widget by Elementor, which no longer works correctly after installing your plug-in as discussed earlier.
The slider of the Slider widget contains about 12 slides, as you can see, you can’t go past the 2nd one with the arrows.
In your plug-in settings I am also using 12 items (12 testimonials).
Please also note the same bug with the Media Carousel widget by Elementor.
Both work correctly after deactivating your plug-in. If you wish, I’ll be happy to provide also a video showing the difference in the way the Slider and Media carousel widgets work with and without your plug-in activated?

In reply to: [Testimonial Carousel For Elementor] Issue with Elementor widgetsHey @uappsk, thanks for your reply.
I have created a demo page with the issues: https://woodmart.dorcol.tk/testimonial-issues/.
You can see the slideshow, widget: Media Carousel, appears in full width even if it’s in one column only, and the bottom widget: Slider’s arrows work only two times, then it doesn’t work, yet there are many other slides. I hope this helps.
If you want, we can communicate via email for more convenience. Thank you in advance.
