Thank you for your message and for asking how we can further improve our rating for Eventin.
A few points we would like to address:
- Error Message During Checkout: After WooCommerce updates, we receive error messages during the checkout process, although the orders do get recorded in the system.
- Formatting Adjustments: Customizing the formatting for a more personalized appearance would be helpful.
- Ticket Scheduling: It would be great if tickets could be enabled or disabled according to our specified timelines.
We are very satisfied with Eventin and find it to be a good tool. However, these minor issues require additional organization on our part.
