OK, I have identified the issue but I am not sure how to fix it. It looks like Jetpack on my wordpress.com account gets stuck when doing a full sync. It just says “Full sync in progress” but it doesn’t go anywhere. I’ve checked my cron jobs on my site and everything looks enabled and fine. I tried diagnosing connection issues, but it says everything is fine. I am not getting any errors anywhere. There has to be something on my server that is blocking it, but I am really unsure what it could be. Let me know if there’s any thoughts as to what that could be.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried it with that setting on and off, but still nothing. I’ve also tried another wordpress.com account. I’m just making a simple post to test. It’s not password protected or duplicated. Is there any known server side settings that could conflict with the functionality? The only difference between the staging that is working and the live that isn’t is that they are on different servers. All the php settings are the same and they are both running on PHP 7.3.

OK, it’s been a process but still no luck. I have disabled all plugins and changed themes, but still nothing. I have moved the site over to a staging site and it seems to work if I disable yoast duplicate posts, but still doesn’t work on live even with that off. The php settings are the same on both sites and they are pretty much the same overall. Any other suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks.
