Hi @sarathkumarrajendran – yes, we had also added the tag within the header but it has now been removed and the add to basket trigger is still being counted twice. This is a trigger that is only coming from your plugin.

    What can be causing it?

    Hi,

    Yes, it is oddbulls.co.uk

Also, looking at PayPal API Debug:

    /v2/checkout/orders/[obfuscated by me]/capture

HTTP Status being returned for the ones failing is 422 which means ‘Unprocessable Entity’

I have now reactivated the plugin but have disabled the ability to start the checkout from buttons on the Cart page which seems to be where the issue sits.

Update: I just went in to see what would happen if I deleted the review that was already there.

    Now it says:

    Reviews
    There are no reviews yet.

Once reviewed item can not be re-reviewed without purchase it again.

    —-

I don’t understand why this message is appearing on this product, but the full review box is showing correctly on other products.

This product has enabled reviews allowed.

    —-

Further update – I did have a test order that was marked as complete for the product that it is not allowing me to review from the product page itself.

However, from my orders it looks like there is an area for me to create the review.

Surely, because I haven’t submitted any review, it should still allow me to submit it from the product page? – at least, it should have a message that indicates that I should submit the review from my orders section to avoid this confusion?

    Something like:

“We can see that you purchased this product – we’d love for you to go to your orders and enter a verified product review from there”

Sorry, missed the part about using the test data.

Ok, so I just checked out based on Sweden and your test data and it did indeed offer a countdown. It’s as if there is a 2nd popup after the first and then it redirects.

But we definitely don’t get this on our site and have tested both mobile and desktop.

Is it possible that this doesn’t happen for UK checkouts?

    (@mthelp)

@montazaraj – well it definitely doesn’t on our instance.

I tried logging in to your demo site but it’s all in Swedish and as soon as I get to the Klarna popup it asks for me a national identification number – I put in digits matching the format but it keeps telling me it was invalid.

I then changed the currency to GBP and my country / region to United Kingdom – this also generated the Klarna options but when clicking the Klarna button I get ‘Internal Server Error’ on your site.

Can you please provide instructions for how I should checkout, and have you tested what happens with your plugin in the UK region to ensure it is functioning as you are describing?

    Hey,

    Thanks for your reply.

We’re on 1.5.1 – oddly, it is now working after hitting purge cache on SG Optimizer.

Although I had already purged it yesterday after adding /basket to the SG excluded pages for caching and tried a few different desktop browsers and was getting the same every time.

I will test it over the next few days to confirm everything is now ok, and if it is I’ll mark this as resolved.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

Sorry but what popup that gives you a countdown? – we don’t see this at all.

    What happens is:

    Woocommerce -> Click Place Order
Klarna Popup -> Complete details and then confirm order

-> popup immediately disappears and returned back to the checkout page of woocommerce with no countdown at all or even a ‘waiting for…’ status message in the corner.

-> Up to 5 Seconds later the site redirects to the checkout success page.

The issue seems to be that this countdown popup isn’t actually a thing that we can see?

    Additional Information:

I’ve been testing this throughout the day and the same behaviour applies on a desktop browser such as chrome (have also tested multiple desktops / laptops) and the same applies.

However, if using a mobile browser, we are finding that the on-site messaging is recalculating dynamically if the product totals are adjusted by increasing quantity or removing an item from the basket.

Why would this not be working on Desktop? (as I mentioned, caching plugins disabled on basket and checkout pages)

    Additional Information:

It seems that this is likely being caused by this plugin actually causing a cancelled order to be generated in the event that Klarna reject the application or the user cancels back to the checkout screen.

For every order that I simply clicked on to place the order with Klarna but it didn’t go through or I clicked out of, there is a cancelled order generated. However, this isn’t ‘normal’. If I were to do the same thing with PayPal and cancel out and revert back to another payment method, it wouldn’t generate an order and would allow me to continue as normal.

The fact that the order is being generated, I believe is then giving a flag to other plugins that the order has been processed, which in turn removes uploaded add on file / images.

If someone goes from checkout and doesn’t complete the Klarna order, it should leave the original checkout status in tact so it doesn’t cause additional side effects, such as the one we’re experiencing

As it stands, I could go from checkout and click Klarna, click out, click Klarna again, click out and each time it will generate a cancelled order ??

I’ve sussed it. I went through and disabled other plugins and found one causing a bit of extra whitespace to be added. Must be a rogue bit of space in functions or something.

I’ve removed it and the feed has just started working. Hopefully this at least helps someone else who may come across this type of issue.

The W3 validator (as per the plugin instructions) should definitely be used!

Hi and thank you for your reply.

I’m using the popular OceanWP theme and it doesn’t apply the same settings.

Within customise of this theme on single post settings I have ticked to have Featured Image in Page Header.

All works great for all my posts but the portfolio entries are ending up having no featured image or title showing.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. yes it was the Elementor setting that was causing the issue. Would be really cool, maybe going forward if your plugin had an option to disable your light box so users could choose which one to go with. In my case, I was ok to disable elementor lightbox though. Thank you
