Thanks for trying. I still see the problems. I have tested using every browser and device. I have had others try. Still get shipping form for digital goods and paypal still completes order when clicking “Cancel and back to the merchant site” link. I don’t know how you did not have this problem. O well. going to have to ditch orilla cart just like every other buggy wordpress ecommerce plugin. Thanks for trying to help.

Hello. Thank you for replying. Support is what earns respect, credit and growth in your product. Support is what wins wordpress users over. So thank you. I have deleted and re-installed the plugin fixing this issue above.

I have discovered a couple flaws. Perhaps you have insight? When purchasing a product with orilla cart Is there a way for the shipping info request to not show up when it is just a digital product being purchased? Digital goods are delivered via email so requiring a shipping address is not necessary. Don’t want it completely gone as when a physical product is purchased with a downloadable product or on its own, the shipping option is necessary.

Also when checking out with paypal, I found I was able to not enter any payment info on the paypal payment page and just click the back to site link at the bottom of the paypal page and get the digital file for free. It thinks I purchased it. I even get an email confirmation with the file delivered. This is a big issue obviously.
