2 small questions
1- Is there any official child theme by developer, or should i make child theme by third party plugin? Because when i will receive updates of theme this code will be removed. so it is batter to use child theme for long term

2- how can show 2 short codes data by side. as of now, when i add a shortcode side by side and update gd details page. on place post it breaks the line after first shortcode content. “I am using classic editor”

no i haven’t activated or deactivated any plugin. i just got update for Geo directory few days back, i just updated and afterwords i have this problem. i have tried older version again but it is still same. no changes at all

There is 1 thing that i have noticed. The normal sitemap is getting genrated on https://informationpalace.com/sitemap_index.xml instead of https://informationpalace.com/sitemap.xml even youest is disabled.

also there is no htaccess file on ftp

I have contacted with the host provider. and they have sent this message to me.

Please provide us with the sitemap rules for Nginx and we will add them to the configuration file. However, please note that such settings can be changed only temporarily.
Alternatively, you may use the jetpack plugin as rules for it are added by default on EasyWP.
We are looking forward to your reply.”

Please let me know which rules i have to send to them.
By the way I do have access to my wordpress directory and database. if this problem can be solve from there then please guide me i will try to myself

I have tried permalink settings but it didn’t worked. I have already contacted with namecheap I hope the issue will be resolved soon. if there will be any update i will let you know.
