I think if you don’t set a download limit it will be an unlimited download. In terms of your other question are you saying that once you update a product it is removed from the your downloads section?

I’m pretty sure that’s an error on our behalf… that said I’m pretty sure we’ll be fixing that up in our 3.9 branch but just to be certain you might want to submit an issue via github.

I’m not sure off the top of my head but I suspect either this feature has been removed from WP e-Commerce or there is an issue with your theme.

You really have two options. Find a consultant on our site via our consultants page. Or submit a premium support request via our official support channel.

It doesnt sound like a common problem. I say this on the basis that its working for us on our own website.

Does the functionality work out of the box using the WP e-Commerce Plugin using a default theme? If yes, than you might need to try using a different Theme.

Drat! That functionality works on our site so I’m not sure what is happening at your end.

Its really hard to help without more details such as site details, access to see and things like theme name and version numbers. That being the case the wp.org support forums are not the right place to have this conversation.
