For the record the WP e-Commerce Plugin is a huge Open Source community – the notion that we’re rolling out Plugins while your site isnt working is crazy.

That Plugin was made by a third party which is testament to the WP e-Commerce Plugin kicking serious ass. If WP e-Commerce Plugin didnt kick ass people would not waste their time making kick ass Plugins like that.

Meanwhile people that don’t mess up their products page by deleting their shortcode can happily use the Facebook Plugin to increase their SEO ranking and drive their sales UP.

It looks like somebody answered the questions on that post and it has been marked as resolved.

Meanwhile that site is an example of a site where the site owner didnt accidently delete their products page shortcode and break their site.

Triplemoons we’re happy to help but hijacking threads on wp.org isnt going to endear anybody to support you.

Its not just that our Plugin doesnt work. It does work for most people – and for most people it is very stable. There are literally hundreds of thousands of shops online happily selling products making a living.

The getshopped.org site has images and we used the same buttons that you used and it works just fine.

So we need to work out why it doesnt work for you.

Have you tried it with a different theme?

Could you test it with the English language instead. I’m just wondering if there is some weird issue there. Since my sites in English and it works.

That is a nice new theme made specifically for the WP e-Commerce Plugin.

To say it doesnt work is crazy.

The support team does an awesome job with the resources that they have. The new site was a pain point but we hope that the new Premium Support Plugin we’re releasing will further make the WP community love us like we love it – of course its what we’re using on our own new site. Should be ready next week ??

Could it be your Paypal IPN settings within your Paypal page?

I ask because we’re not experiencing this on any of our sites internally. We’ll keep trying though!! And thanks Lee for adding this to Google Code ??

Hey man.

We rewrote a large portion of WP e-Commerce Plugin over a “two year” period and its actually quite an improvement.

There are lots of blog posts about it, thousands of tweets about it, and there was a 6 month beta tester trial for users to test and report issues and so on. Sorry you missed all the hype.

This isnt a bug. This is a feature that we simply havent added. We’re totally into adding this functionality though. Maybe it’ll make it into 3.9 or better yet a Plugin while you wait for us to add the functionality ??

My apologies. You misunderstand me – by developer I mean a WordPress programmer who used to develop e-Commerce sites for his clients using eShop but then decided to use WP e-Commerce because it was more suitable for his clients needs.

Different strokes for different folks ??
