Love this plugin.Well, that didn’t work after all. I entered the form page URL in the “don’t cache” and also ticked the boxes for Ajax loading and Prevent page from caching. After running a couple tests and looked like it worked, I got the same issue again. This also happened on another website using Forminator and WP-Optimize. Unfortunately, I’ve had to change to another form plugin.
After disabling the cache plugin completely and enabling the Ajax option it appears to be resolved. Thanks!!!
It appears to have been a server issue, which Godaddy has resolved. Thank you so much for your quick response and offer of help. It is truly appreciated.
Thank you so much!! I was hoping this was possible. LOVE this plugin and the support is exemplary.
That’s odd. I tried with 2 browsers I was not logged in with. I didn’t see the nav menu for logged in people. I saw the “login” button but not the “logout” button (this is the way it’s supposed to work)
But when I enter that URL in the address bar I don’t get redirected at all -I get the webpage. It must be working though, but that’s really odd. I’ll dig around some more. Thank you for checking. After digging into this and testing I discovered that on the Date Input if you use a 2-digit year instead of a 4-digit year, this error occurs. You MUST use 4 digits and I found no way around that, so I removed this and used a plain text input. I can’t use the calendar visual for the date input as the top part of it gets hidden behind the header on the page. It’s working now that I’ve removed that date input.
I would really love some guidance on this issue.
I should note that it was working fine up until this morning. Nothing changed on the website.
Perfect! Thank you.
This is hands down the best contact form plugin I’ve ever used!!
