I’m not sure why this is marked resolved. It is not. I belive this is an error in the plugin. It should not mark shipped unless using status marked complete.

WHile I appreciate that I could have some custom code written, dont you think that it’s a bug in your system or somethign that you guys should fix?? It marks orders as shipped even when the status is not marked complete? This is a problem with your plugin. Can you please write some code for to have it fixed. It should only be marked shipped IF the states is marked complete.

I had the exact same issue yesterday. Crashed my whole site couldn’t do anything, and had a white screen critical error. I finally got my site back up by renaming the plugins folder. As soon as I changed it back, it crashed. Changed it again, loaded the plugins page to deactivate all plugins, and started reactivating. Every time I tried activating Elementor (3.6.5), bamn, crashed again. I repeated the steps, installed a rollback plugin, went back to the previous version of Elementor and increased server memory, and was able to activate. I thought everything was good, but when I go to edit my header and footer with Elementor, I get stuck on a white loading screen and I get nothing. This is extremely frustrating. I can’t make any changes. Has anyone at Elementor figured out what the problem is yet?

It was definitely assigned to them, thats what makes no sense. What about adding it through phpmyadmin, is that a possibility?

I tried what you suggested, and it did not work, still the same situation. Any other suggestions?

I tried the code snippet you provided, copied entire code and pasted in my child theme functions as instructed, but it does not change the display. it still only shows my points, not the user I am viewing… Any ideas what I missed?

Ok, I’ve determined the plugin that was conflicting was Heartbeat Control.

Any clue how I can make compatible? I think heartbeat has rules settings?

I’m actually getting the same problem. Automatic point awards won’t save. I click the “Save Points Awards” button and I just get a never ending circle indicating the saving process, but it never saves??
