The debug plugin (if you are talking about BlackBox debug bar, i used) was set just to time this long query, and didn’t change anything about the behavior, si i think it’s right. But i’ll check it.
I am going to change mysql server setting the way you suggest, thank you very much.
What do you mean by repairing database tables ? anything feature like this in phpmyadmin ?

Absolutely, i have WP_DEBUG set to true, but if it could slower generation time, i have been using it since the begining without any problem, it just starts being slow now very recently, and took from a few seconds to several tens of seconds. big gap.
By the way, where are mPDF logs ? can’t see anything in standard wp debug.log file.
Nothing wrong in this file, nor in standard Apache error.log or access.log files.
Can you please mention where i should find mPDF logs ?

Testing more today with wordfence disabled. It seems the problem appears sometimes, independently from wordfence.
Could it be linked to server load ? something else ?

If i disable the paypal feed, it works, when enabled, i get the error mentioned.
And yes, disabling Wordfence make my payment page appear, no error.
