The ig_forms table is now blank. There was data in there when I first went to version 4. But now it is gone.
I still have the campaign records, indicating I’m not going completely insane. I hunted around the database tables some more and found records in the ig_mailing_queue that contain details of the campaigns and forms, but these are not accessible from the interface, certainly not as far as I can tell.

This evening I’ve been chatting with the support staff but they haven’t told me anything I didn’t already find myself. They have just been explaining how the system is supposed to work.

Potentially I may be able to get copies of my forms back from the ig_mailing_queue table, which will save me some work, and I have thought about moving to another plugin but right now I’m just too busy to start looking at that option.

Best thing we can do is regular backups, although they doesn’t really help if the developers keep changing the table structures as they are currently doing. Just resigned now to the cold hard facts – those forms aren’t coming back.

I just tried calling the US number – it went straight to voicemail.

All of the forms that I had previously posted out. All of them. Everything. All missing.

This is now working in 4.0.1

There is only one list record in the table.
The new list I am trying to create using the “Add new list” form never gets created.

To work around this I added a list record to the table manually.
