Sorry – maybe Im misunderstanding the menu settings – do you mean the “new user” on the left side is a new subscriber? I guess that is the case.
What I am now looking for is a way to “cleanly” accept a “new subscriber”.

Cat Access does not seem to tell me at what level to set a “new user”. For instance – If I have a new group of people that specifically subscribe to an area – whats the best way to handle that inside WP or a plugin so that Cat Access understands its this new group.
Otherwise I assume I take the new users and give them subscriber rights in WP?

I have sorted this out – to my (current) satisfaction.

This depends on what Theme you are running as to how to fix. Hunt in your Admin in the “presentation” section. In one of your sidebars there should be something ?in your Meta area. Go through the sidebar part and see if you can see the link – comment it out or delete it. Hope that helps ??
