Yes I’m using WP Super Cache, but that’s not the problem because I emptied the cache and even deactivated the plugin for a while and the links still remain. But no worries I’ll manually update a couple dozens of posts every day during the next days and in a week or so it will be all right.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Yes, what I am trying to achieve is a full removal of the plugin.
Let me clarify what’s my prob with an example. After setting up all the keywords for the plugin I got lots of links in my posts. Let’s say that one of the posts shows 20 incoming links and 10 outgoing in the wordpress posts stats. After removing the plugin it keeps showing the same amount of links but if I just update the post then it gets corrected and stop showing those links previously generated by the plugin. The problem is that I’ve got about 150 posts and I would like to avoid updating them one by one. I tried to update them in bulk with a plugin but it didn’t work, seems like the only way is doing it manually one by one.
The first time, I deleted the plugin with that function of keep the data activated, but then I installed it back just to turn off that setting and I removed the plugin again. The stats kept including the generated links by the plugin in the total amount. I installed it back for second time just to check if the index was really cleared and seems like it was as apparently there are no keywords set, but as I’m telling you, I still can see the wrong amount of incoming and outgoing links in the stats of my posts and they vanish as soon as I just get in the post and click on update button. Weird isn’t it? Any idea?

No, they are not different themes. I’m using generatepress theme in both sites. I have 3 sizes set: thumbnail 300×150 Medium 300×300 Big 780×400. If I pick the thumbnail in the widget it shows up as a rectangular image. If I pick the medium one, it turns square, same width than the other and a bit higher. If I pick the big one, remains exactly the same than the medium. In all the cases the image never gets wider and there’s always some of the title text on the right margin.
It’s like there is a limit on how wide can the image be in the sidebar.

I don’t know about css customizing, so the theme it’s just the original version.

I already tried to change to another theme for a moment and back. Also deleted the widget and installed it again.

The weirdest thing is that I′m using the same theme and same image sizes in both sites and one of them looks nice.

Solved! Got it. Definitely the problem was de max execution time for plugins that was initially set at 30 seconds. The thing is that when I realized that the index stopped updating I already add a big amount of keywords in the meanwhile so the time needed was over 40 secs for that reason when I changed the time from 30 to 40 still no working. Now I set 50 seconds and the index got uploaded showing 42 seconds to do it. So if anyone has the same problem just go to the cpanel of your host and (if is apache) go to the software section, then to select PHP version, then go to the Options tab and change the max execution time. Put anything over the time where your index got stuck. Hope it helps.

Hi thank you for your prompt answer. I just applied changes to max memory limitations on my server. I doubled all the options (file, post, and general). I also changed the time a plugin can run when loading, from 30 seconds to 40 seconds. But the problem still persists, the index file does′t get updated.

As soon as I saw the time limitation for plugins I was quite sure that I nailed it, but after changed it to 40 seems like not. It is very coincidence that the index updating stopped at 30.15 seconds and my early time limitation was set at 30 seconds, don′t you think? I deactivated the plugin and activated back but nothing changed. It′s like it got stuck there.

    Any other idea?

Look I attach a link with a screenshot of what the plugin shows to me:

    https://ibb.co/xJt9RF3

Are they bots? Why are checking that kind of pages? They are not accessible for the viewers, I don′t understand from where they find the links. I don′t index by tags. My link format is domain/category/page title.

Any idea about what′s going on?

Hi there, I think I found the problem. There′s an option in the appearance of my theme that says: “Fix the CSS render blocking” and it was activated so I just deactivated and from then your plugin is working fine. Thanks.
