Thank you. That code did add the photo to gallery page (https://www.mvbuyeragents.com/blog/) but now blog has the photo and the video. (https://www.mvbuyeragents.com/blog/2019/08/16/2379/). Hoping to find a way to just add a photo to gallery with a link to video.

Thanks for responding. My first problem was I was not displaying admin window.

I added .home .type-post.sticky {
background: #999;
}

to the very bottom of custom CSS and seeing no change.
I tried something like this also
.home .type-post.sticky {container: #354A78;
background: #fff;
}
I will learn more about this and I was sure I have done this before by cloning post and publishing again. I do not always want this particular post sticky. Just for week or so.

My host went back to the point before the update that included Gutenberg. All is well for the time being. if this gets corrected we will go back to 5.0 if it appears the complaints have stopped.

Thanks. I know I would prefer the classic editor but I do not believe hosted sites have buttons for installing plugins. The only plugins available to me are the 129 listed in my plugin tab. Still does not explain why I cannot publish a page created with the new BLOCK system. I would suffer along with the BLOCK system if I could resolve the updating and publishing issue.

Would love it but I believe our web host will need to add Classic Editor. Plug in window says 129 plug ins available. If I search for Classic, nothing comes up. Our writing tab in settings only has a few formatting questions.

My BLOG is not hosted in-house and Classic Editor is not available from the web host WordPress settings.
This is a critical issue for us. We post several times a week and it is our primary social and direct communication vehicle.
It is urgent a figure out a work around. Our host has suggested just getting rid of WordPress (after we paid them $1500) to insert it in our website.

That seems to be the issue. Part I do not understand is why go through a lot of testing, fixing and work arounds as it appears to be an issue with something WordPress changed.

Our BLOG is everything to us and post several times a week. This is really a critical situation and feeling very frustrated.

That being said, have you seen anything in forum about a work around?

I cannot figure out how to return to classic editor. How did you do it?

Has anyone posted anything about how to repair this problem. We are unable to post and seems no way to get help. Sorry for feeling desperate I am. I tested https://www.mvbuyeragents.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/vendor/react-dom.min.82e21c65.js
and got Internal Server Error

When I run
https://www.mvbuyeragents.com/blog/xmlrpc.php I get XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

I will check these suggestions out but seems a general problem with wordpress. There are thousands of posts all over this forum and the internet.

How do you go back to traditional editing?
