Thanks for responding. So I did figure out why I continued to get an error message even when I removed the field – I had it as a requirement for that subscriber list in my main settings.

However, I’m still seeing the issue with the dates. Yes the field is labeled birthday. Does all caps vs all lowercase matter?

Thanks! This is great. Worked very well, except that the button now turns half the color I want it to be and half black in the rollover state. How to I stop this from happening?

I’m having this same issue. Unfortunately, this solve will also cause a line-break, meaning that my conjunctions are getting spread across two lines of text. Any other solutions out there?

I had this very same issue last week. It has to do with a server connection so you need to contact your host. I’m not sure what the hosting company I use (HostGator) did but they were able to resolve the problem and the issue hasn’t come up again. Good luck!
