The issue was driving me a little crazy so I spent some time and found the issue. The database tables do not exist. I had to manually add these to my database:
cfturnstile_edd_checkout on
cfturnstile_edd_register on

This enables the options and they are checked when I go to my settings page. Turnstile then works on the intended pages. However, if I save my options in your settings, then it removes those tables in the DB and it’s not working again.

For reference, I use EDD Pro. Could you kindly check, correct and release a stable version with the bug fix?

Can you please remove the start date? I think you have the start date set to a past time which would open up the voting but close the entry period.

If you remove the start date, then your contest will accept entries and votes at the same time. Otherwise, set the start date to a future date and the entries will be accepted until the start date is reached and then entries will be closed and voting will open.

Thank you for the reply. We tried all these things prior to making our post here. It seems we overlooked one plugin, Query Monitor. That plugin was causing the issue with your plugin and WP Rocket’s Clear Cache function. So we disabled Query Monitor and we are all good now.

I understand all of this. However, I have seen many instances where the mail server is blocked due to firewall updates which prevent connecting from the web host to the mail server. In this case, the mail isn’t sent at all until a client figures it out and contacts us to resolve it.

Certainly a less reliable method such as PHP Sendmail would be better than nothing sending at all, right? This is the point that I’m trying to make. The plugin won’t even default back to the least reliable method if a more reliable method fails for any given reason.

We just got done revamping the pro version 4.9.2 to 5.0 which took us the past year and a half in development. We will be working on the new free version in the next month. After that, we’re positive that the reviews for the free version will be very good.

As for the pro version, it’s always been an amazing one of a kind plugin which we support regularly. The success of our customers contests are very important to us.

Yes, what is happening is that your plugin is actually not checking to see if the order is complete before sending out the abandoned cart email. So that is the problem. It’s not a conflict. Please check your code again and release an update. For now, we have unloaded your scripts from woocommerce with the following:

remove_action( ‘wp_loaded’, ‘wck_rebuild_cart’,10);
remove_action(‘woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form’,’kl_checkbox_custom_checkout_field’,10);

Yes you have the option in the paid version to hide the category and even you can add the shortcode attribute view=grid inorder to hide the View Changer

If you want to hide the Vote in the Free Version , then you can use the css in the theme style.css as follows
span.wpvc_vote_cnt_num,.wpvc_votes_counter_content { display: none;}
