In reply to: [Open User Map] Extend map to WP user registration formEdited: After your last reply to another query, I checked and registered a new user with option to add map on WP reg form. I see the location with random user_id generated as expected. The Author is blank. Ideally this should be the WP username (like how other locations created show) who registered this and so he can later edit other details. I don’t know how complicated this would get though.

How can I get the image upload from file/folder, OR media to show up in frontend form? I could only manage to get url / ID not sure how ID works but I need the same option as backend where user can upload from directory folder from their computer?

I disable all plugins except the two EME ones, changed themes, reset permalinks, under inspect check for REST API errors (and no errors). I wish you can help me here because I did everything I could. But error keeps coming. I am usng Chrome.
