how do I change the wp-config file to correct it? where is it? I do not know where to look or how to find it so I can change it.

I think I am having the same problem. Evidently I changed something and now I can only see the front page but no changes have been made that I selected. I have no access to any admin page. What can I do to get back to the admin page and fix the problem? By the way, what is the problem?
