I have some questions about Payflow setup

From your setup guide you mention below option:
Sandbox PayPal Vendor
Sandbox PayPal Password
Sandbox PayPal User
Sandbox PayPal Partner

I created a Sandbox test account but there only 2 type ac can be chosen Business Or Personal. I have try to fill in the option and test. When checkout, it say user authen fail. I think i have something misunderstand on the option.

Is Sandbox PayPal Vendor equal to Sandbox Business accounts and
Sandbox PayPal Password equal to Sandbox Business accounts Password ?
If so how about User and Partner???
