Order Details Screen missing Order Notes Data

Hi, the admin>woocommerce>orders ‘order detail screen’ is missing ‘order notes’ data. The ‘order notes’ panel is there on the right side but no data.

– When I open an order, all of the past order notes are missing.
– If I add a ‘customer note’, it’s shows in the ‘customer email’ but not in the ‘order details screen’.
– If I add a ‘private note’, it acts like it works but does not show as well.

Disabling all plugins and switching to Twenty Seventeen theme did not help.

Could this be an issue with the WooCommerce or WP GDPR updates?

What is the database SQL script to check if data still exists? I’d like to know if the data is missing or only not showing on the screen.
