In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Large amount (multiple GB) of JS files createdThanks. Well, it seems that this whole process is a bit more complicated than explained in the initial FAQ/guide https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/#disk-space-filling-fast
For the moment, with the changes, it seems that Litespeed is producing a more reasonable amount of files, only like 50 MB per day or so instead of 5 GB.
I am not sure if the problem is fully solved, I will continue to observe it. But for the moment, I think we’re done. Thanks for your help.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Large amount (multiple GB) of JS files createdThanks, qtwrk.
Ok, done. But it is still creating more and more files – not talking about the CSS files, which are even more currently.
I used diffchecker again and now the differences in row 126/127 where we had the setAttribute before, is even bigger. It looks like now: https://prnt.sc/vhdWtSI5-LeF
The CSS file differences look similar …Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Large amount (multiple GB) of JS files createdHi,
thanks for your quick reply.
Ok, I understand so far. Can you let me know what I should put into JS Excluse for 2) then?
I don’t get it how to enter it into JS Exclude if every ID is different.
Or do I enter just setAttribute??
ThanksForum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Large amount (multiple GB) of JS files createdThank you very much for your help.
It gets a bit difficult for me to understand it here (I am not a tech/coding pro), but I’ll try.
1) when using diffchecker.com the last time, there was indeed no difference between the files – no I see the difference you quoted; thank you
2) the setAttribute variable is always different (for example a8ff93127d6b2805f9c672bc7bba463c in one file and ad27384d22910cbbfbc70cfb79c2fd48 in another file), so I don’t know what exactly I shall enter at JS exclude
3) That’s why I entered the getElementById e04af3c551even even I have no idea if this is correct.
4) Currently, my JS exclude looks like this: https://prnt.sc/-Wgr3L1yRpmv
Does this help?
5) Diffchecker found another difference now further down. Not sure how to handle and enter this one into JS exclude: https://prnt.sc/FE8jjOvkglQJ

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Large amount (multiple GB) of JS files createdThose JS files are exactly the same, JS Compare Tool doesn’t find any difference.
LiteSpeed has created approx. 13000 of those JS files in the last 2,5 days, each with a size of approx. 700KB.- This reply was modified 8 months, 3 weeks ago by my_travelworld.
Hi,
thanks again for your quick reply.
This was super helpful, problem solved. The e-mail (interestingly enough all 3 e-mails I tried) was blocked by Sendgrid.
Thanks and best regards
ChrisThanks for the quick reply.
I tried different domain emails and it is not working.
But indeed, in the Sendgrid Log I can see that those e-mails sent via the Post SMTP Plugin have the status “not delivered”. My regular newsletter e-mails via Sendgrid are working and have the status “delivered”. Any idea what could be the reason or the culprit?

In reply to: [Spectra - WordPress Gutenberg Blocks] Spectra slows down back-end@mohsinbsf
Why is this issue marked as solved?
The TO has said that he is still experiencing the problem … for me it is the same. Basically it is nearly impossible to work with Spectra because once one is changing into editing mode of a post/page, the entire backend is slowing down like crazy.
Please don’t say that this issue is not existing if it is still existing …Anyone knows some of the answers here? This would be super helpful.

Did they solve your issue? I have exactly the same issues like you – it is horrible to use Spectra currently since I updated to this theme.
If so, what was your solution?Hi Bryle,
thanks for your reply.
The manual restore of the database worked at the end, even it was not as easy to import a 80 MB database. But that’s not fault of your plugin, my site just grew over the years. ??
Best regards
ChrisHi Bryle,
thanks for looking into it.
Can you tell me from the log files if it would be sufficient to manually restore the sql.gz-file (so basically point 3 from the link you send?) or do I have to do the whole restoring from scratch (so starting from point 1)?
Thanks, Chris

In reply to: Reduce DNS Lookups / Remove ytimg, youtube, vimeoHi Steve,
thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t convince me due to some of the horrendous reviews, so I don’t want to risk it. ??
If anyone has other proposals I am open for them.
Thanks, Chris

In reply to: [Geo Mashup] Markers not shown (only shown when logged in)Hi Dylan,
thanks for your reply.
I found the plugin which causes the Map not to work properly: Fast Velocity Minify, a plugin to combine and minify JS and CSS files.
As I have quite a bunch of those files I wouldn’t like to turn off this plugin. However, the plugin allows exceptions and rules of which CSS and JS files not to minimy. Can you let me know the names of the crucial JS and CSS files for the Geo Mashup plugin to work? When I have them, I can try to create rules and excptions and see if it works with both plugins running. Thanks a lot!
