Hi Dudo, I last posted a comment here 4 months ago. The stars are still missing from Google SERPs for my review posts, which are mostly Products and Local Business.

Do you have any advice on how I should set the settings? E.g. do I choose ‘Yes’ to “is this a review?”

Here’s a sample SERP page:

Just like to check, am I the only one where all my “Product reviews” no longer show star snippets on google search engine?

Because if that’s the case, then I would have to look for alternative solutions. Thank you.

Thanks, Valdenir. The default was already set to white. I changed it to something off-white and it works. Thanks for your help.

Yes. The new colour will be white. In fact, it used to be white. Not sure what happened.

The text that should be white is on the top slider at the homepage. E.g. ‘Holy Grail Beauty must-have’, ‘4.5 stars and above’ etc.

Not sure if it’s visible since its gray on gray.

Sorry. I found out the reason already. It’s because of QuickSense Plugin, where I inserted ads at end of post. Solved. Thanks.

Hi Dudo, I’m happy to see from your attached file that the stars actually appear when you access the page.

I’m not too sure why mine is not showing, both via android phone browser, and PC’s chrome and IE browsers. Refer screenshot.

Do you know why?

I’ve also tested it on an article written about a month ago, and the stars are also not appearing over my end.

Hi there, the above works well for my posts. However, it blew up thumbnails or ‘images that’s meant to be small’ on my pages. For instance, if i include a gravatar on one page, it’ll blow up and be in really poor resolution, like this page:
