Thank you so much @symptote. I tried a few things after what you said. I upgraded WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 1024M and the problem is resolved.
I think this issue is related to the big number of options you have which generates a memory issue.
Can you please check your logs and send me the error being reported there?
