Had to disable on a couple of sites pending an update. Bad news, hope they get it fixed soon before it has an impact on sales.

Still unable to login, have resent emails today. Started to think of alternatives to Wordfence, no point in paying for premium if even basic support is impossible to get.

It is because the header is positioned absolutely to the front on a lot of themes and frameworks, as soon as you add a z-index to the header in css it allows light boxes and viewers to overlay the header. I suspect people see this a lot with woo commerce as well.

And that fixed it.

Thanks, I had just come to that conclusion myself, looks like i need to change the header z-index, or more precisely add z-index to said header.

I am having the same issue, any chance you could point me in the right direction, I seem to be struggling to find the element to add z index to.

Okay it is fixed. That said i would rather be able to set a proper cron scheduler rather than use site visits as it would cut down resource usage a lot more. So Mailpoet please give us back this ability.

Looks like the latest update released today has fixed the issue, I am testing it now.

It will not allow me to update so I guess it has been withdrawn while they fix it properly, despite this Mailpoet is a good tool but a simple admission that there is still a problem that they are working on would go a long way to helping people who are having these issues.

Good news, it is behaving after the update.
